Reservations for the following year can be made from the beginning of the current year.

PAYMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION PROGRAMME

Payment for the programme may be made:
• in cash,
• by card at the centre’s reception,
• by bank transfer,
no later than the programme start date.

ARRIVAL CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of a reservation requires a prepayment of PLN 500, made:
• by bank transfer to our account, or
• by postal money order sent to the centre’s address,
at least 60 days before the programme start date.

Summer rehabilitation programmes
– confirmation deadlines

For summer programmes, arrival confirmations must be submitted by 31 March. To confirm arrival or cancel participation, please contact us by phone:+48 67 263 20 02

WHAT TO BRING TO THE REHABILITATION PROGRAMME

Documents:
• the child’s medical documentation (including current test results and reports),
• current X-ray images (if applicable),
• medical referral for a rehabilitation programme,
• a medical certificate confirming general health status,
• disability certificate.

Items for therapy and activities:
• sportswear and a comfortable tracksuit,
• appropriate clothing for hippotherapy,
• swimsuit,
• bath towel,
• swimming diapers (if required),
• a personal water bottle.
